These wireless remote data control panels is be used for real time data acquisition, monitoring & control of remotely installed electrical systems, motor-pumps, HT/LT electric motors, HV/LV transformers, generators, HT/LT distribution panels, Generators, boilers or any electrical machine & system.
The micro-processor based wireless remote data control panel works on "Plug & Play" methodology i.e. this comes fully pre-programmed and you only need to connect it with a machine to be monitored & can be controlled from a remote location.
Its one of its version is specifically designed for Centralized monitoring, data logging and control system for motor pumps. The most important application of this system energy management by keeping a vigil on motor pump ON/OFF status , voltage , current , power factor, electrical energy being used, and there by managing it. Moreover this system has unlimited expanding capability.

- Graphical and tabular display of data(voltage and current) for analysis and comparison.
- Pump stopped due to any fault will be immediately reported to the concerned person.
- High voltage and low voltage values can be set to protect the pump, as voltage exceed or goes below this value motor-pump can be stopped and corrective action can be taken. Similarly for current high/low values can be set to protect the motor pump.
- In addition to this SMS alert can also be provided to the concerned authorized person.
- It brings human error(to start/ stop the pump) to zero.
- It’s very helpful in hot summer, rainy and very cold conditions (extreme weather conditions).Better and on time fault diagnoses not only increases life of the pump but also improves overall efficiency of the complete system and overall better community service.
- Dependency on the manpower to operate the pump will be completely eliminated.
Control Panel at remote station
- Control Panel will be wall mounted, it will be provide with MCCB at the input , Air Break fully automatic star delta starter of L&T make, over load relay of suitable capacity, single phase preventor, pump guard, 3 nos. current transformers, start to delta timer, delay timer, programmable timer & all other accessories.
- It is capable of running upto 20 hp motor-pump from the same starter & starter will be of L&T make.
- Panel will have Manual by pass switch, so that automatic system can be bypassed and starter works otherwise.?
- Panel will have delay timer (0-15sec.) to avoid voltage dips as the power supply is restored
- It will be possible to START and STOP the motor pump in any mode of operation (auto/manual).
- For power wiring fiber glass insulated fire resistant/retardant wire will be used.
- Panel will be provided with On/ Off switch to control pump run for compensation time compensation.
- Panel will sbe provided with electronic star to delta timer.
- Programmed time and other parameter will be password protected so as to avoid misuse or tampering.
- Real time clock which can be set at the control panel. Start and stop operation of the pump can be set accordingly.
- Panel have unlimited expandable memory slot/card i.e. It will store data for one complete year in the control panel itself.
- LCD display is provided at the control panel to check the program and parameter without using a PC.
- Keypad membrane so as to alter the program at control panel without using pc.
- The control panel has an internal clock (RTC) that can be set to record data at regular intervals with real time basis. it can also record data when events are detected i.e. Event Triggered Data.
- The control panel has on-board digital input channels for pulse counting or event detection and two relays, for powering up sensors or simple control applications
- Data of up to 1 GB can be stored on board-card. This would record data of pump operation for one year and this card/ memory have the ability to transfer data directly to the pc.
- Control panel will operate the pump at pre scheduled time and its status will be displayed on the controller and at the centralized location.
- External Memory 2GB card to store the data.
- It can print directly by connecting printer through RS232 port. It has been provided for local access purpose.
- Frequency at which data will be stored is user adjustable.
- USB Port for data retrieval.
- It is capable of storing data even when power failure is there, and sending the desired command to the operating staff.
- It would make a text file/excel file for the data recording. All the data will be stored in the simplest tabular manner, so that it can be easily viewed , compared and printed.
- It is provided with Cold Junction Thermistor (CJT): The terminal panel is designed to be isothermal under typical operating conditions. It is fitted with a thermistor for measuring its temperature and providing a cold junction reference for measurements. The CJT is switched into channel 1 by means of a dual miniature slider switch in the top right-hand corner of the terminal panel.
- The various electrical parameters of machine can be monitored locally on the LCD screen of the controller.
- Control panel will have Main Circuit Board with inbuilt input cards & stack Memory IC sockets.
- The control panel has a modular design. Being modular design replacement or addition of input card becomes handy so it reduces down time in case of fault.

Control Panel is designed to improve the power factor in real time mode. Power Contactors, timer, Capacitor Bank and real time display of power factor are all incorporated to make it energy conserving Device. Energy Saver mechanism shall be state of the art micro controller technology to actively monitor and improve power consumption of the connected load in real time mode.
